Shipping Policy

At Kaiem, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to our customers, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time
We strive to process and ship out orders everyday but, depending on when your order is placed, it may take up to 2-3 business days for processing.

Shipping does not take place on major holidays and weekends. Orders placed on Friday may ship out the same day or early the following week.

Shipping time

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to you.  After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 5 business days to arrive at their destination, based on service selected, but may take longer from time to time. 

Once your package/order is given to the shipping carrier, Kaiem is no longer responsible for your package and any inquiries about its status should be made with the shipping carrier. 

Kaiem is not responsible for any lost packages but is happy to assist with customer concerns if shipping carrier is unable to assist. 

US Shipping Cost and Speed 
We have standardizing shipping rates based on speed, weight, and location. You may select the best option for your needs at checkout. The estimated delivery times are not guarantees, they are simply suggestions. There are sometimes delays with shipping carriers. 

Barring any delays from the shipping carriers, you can expect your order delivered to you within 4 to 8 business days, including processing and shipping times. 

International Shipping
Any orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States is considered International Shipping. There is no free international shipping at this time but rates, estimated tariffs and duties, are displayed clearly at checkout for customers to select the most cost-effective shipping option for their order. Shipping, tariffs, and duties are the responsibility of the customer. 

Once your package is tendered to the shipping carrier, Kaiem is no longer responsible for your package and any inquiries about its status should be made directly with the shipping carrier. They are best suited to address any shipping concerns or delays.
